I wouldn't rush too much with the sites, Google surely likes quality sites over MFA (even though they don't break the ToS).

Micro Niche Sites are laser targeted mini sites that focus on only a few keywords. They only make a few dollars a day but if you have many of them you can make a good income.

You should not be discouraged, and remember you will probably make more in the long run by keeping the sites. Also, low results happen at first, just be patient.

I agree quality does trump everything thats why I recommend writing original content, and not using "spun" content from article directories.

Market Samurai is very useful and I use it as well, but for noobs who are starting out the google kw tool is great too if you don't want to shell out the $90.

Huhh.. its like saying... you will get banned if the purpose of making site is for making money. Oh really? Even Google does this too! Who wants to waste their times making site without getting money? its all good.

I believe this from personal experience some people may disagree. My theory is that once the you are ranked well the types of visitors you send will convert better for the advertiser, hence the advertisers are willing to pay more.

This is true for Made for Adsense (MFA) sites with spun/scraped content. This is another reason i suggest targeting 3 keywords so you will have 3 pages of solid original content. Also only original content so you will lower your chances of being banned versus "spun content". A site with 3 400 word articles should be enough to not seem like a Made for Adsense type site.

 

Try to use spyfu.com, they track how much all that info and you can get an idea how much you can get for a click. Usually the lowest price per click they show, plus 20% it's what you will get.

Yes I do mean ranked high in google. This was already once mentioned in this thread that site is not mine. I was just using it as an example to show how one could do kw research, and an example of a simple template.

One would be smart not to list their "money sites" on a public forum, as they will see they suddenly have many new competitors

 

Question: If you go to keyword tool and put: "mortgage refinance". It'll show 22$ CPC. But from experience I know they won't pay that much.. Do you receive for your keywords exactly same amount as shown CPC in keyword tool? For instance 22$ per click if running "mortgage refinance" web site?
