How to effectively build links to many sites

I own a growing network of websites (20+) and am looking for ways that I can build backlinks without a ton of effort for each. I've done a lot of keyword research and don't need a ton of backlinks to rank well for the keywords I've selected but do need more than I have.

Things I'm already doing:

1. Directory submissions
2. Linking from my own sites/blogs
3. Limited bookmarking/web 2.0 sites

Basically, I need something that I can do that I can use for all 20 sites simultaneously. That's one of the reasons I don't like article submissions.

 

Social bookmarking is the best way. This provides you PR juice from backlinks, potential traffic from the social aspect and Google will find and index your pages quicker. Social Bookmarking is becoming the "human search" instead of SE's, and this is where the value comes from.

 

There don't seem to be all that many do-follow social bookmarking sites, right? I'm submitting to about 15 currently.

 

Better you hire anyone; for a fix amount per week, He will look after all of your website. I suggest myself

 

But I'm capable of doing everything that needs to be done. What else would you do beyond what I have already suggested to build do-follow backlinks?

 

Posting comments on other relevant blogs is a great way to build links and relationships with others in the space.

 

Let me know if you ever find an easy way for this! As for myself, I'm going the old fashioned route and just offering commissions on any sales that originate from other sites. Seeing how commissions range between $8.00 and $900.00 per sale, hopefully I'll be able to find just a few high traffic blogs or forums that would want to advertise for me. Maybe I'm wrong, but we'll see.

 

I agree that it's good for building relationships and occasionally short-term traffic. But almost all blogs are no-follow so not very good for building backlinks.

or you can just try some tools in internet for increase pagerank, directory submission, and any other tools about SEO.

5. Twitter Lists with your keywords as the name of the lists.

Aquiring all of those will allow you to generate many thousands of links a day.

 

Maybe I'm naive, but I want to avoid all automated/spammy programs. I just don't think that's worth it and it reflects poorly on the site. On my sites, I get hundreds of spam comments everyday and I don't want to follow that road.

 

You can stop 99% of the comment spam on your sites quite easily.

In the theme for your wordpress just change some of the words that describe the fields on your comment form.

Change:
Name (required)
Email (will not be published) (required)
Website (optional)


If you edit that text it will make your posts much harder for the bots to find. They use that text to search google and find pages to post on.

 

you are doing right steps but see do it correctly and effectively.

 

Aren't most blog comments no-follow? It seems like this wouldn't benefit much. Link exchange is particularly hard when trying to build backlinks for 20+ sites.

Sounds like there aren't too many other ideas out there beyond what I'm already doing.

 

Blog commenting and forum posting is a good way.

Auto-Spam programs arnt built for a few people to use, its for as many ppl as thye can sell to!

 

If you actually take your time and learn how to use some automated tools correctly. And of course dont overdo it you can actually get quite good results using some of the tools.

 

Well there are many white hat methods, but it takes more time. As others suggest if you want the job done quick you will need to use automated tools

 

Article submission is a great way to go.
