Selling Relationship Site - Sells Own Product

Whats for sale?: For sale is a website which sells its very own ebook for how to transform female friends into girlfriends. There is really little competition in this market and thus far has generated sales effortlessly. The website is currently setup through Clickbank and, comes with an affiliate section as well. Revenue is always changing randomly as I do not promote the site - However since launch has made just under $800.00 from a decent size army of affiliates, plus general organic traffic. I have not promoted this site since the release. You can view the site here

How old is the site?: The site began Feb. 2009

How many page views?: About 20,000 page views from google analytics from the start

Expenses to run the site?: The only expense to keep the site up is the hosting fee. The site has just been renewed for another year.

Do you have proof?: I do have screenshots of everything. Earnings through clickbank as well as google traffic analytics from the start.

If you would like to see screenshots or ask any more questions feel free to PM me.

    Few important questions:

    * First of all, do you have a price in mind or do you want us to make blind offers only?

    * What are the $4.37 transactions on the screenshot? Looking at the website, the book seems to be selling at $19.99 but on your ClickBank screenshot there are only 3 sales of this amount.

    * Will the buyer get your ClickBank account together with the site? (perhaps the most important question as otherwise I would need to not only spend the time & money to re-enrol it but would also lose the affiliates as the link would change)

    * (Just out of curiosity) What happened in June 2009? There was a MASSIVE (but very short) jump in traffic at this point.

Ready to bid once the above gets answered :)

I do have a price range in mind that can be discussed further with serious buyers.

If it is allowed to transfer accounts with clickbank then I have no problem transferring that as well.

The 4.37 is the cut after commission that is paid to affiliates who have made a sale on the book. If someone buys the book directly from the website and not through an affiliate you make roughly 17.50.(Of course you can change the prices as you see fit)

I checked June of 2009, it seemed one of my affiliates back then sent a large amount of traffic through facebook

    coming in at $125

...I'd also like to know when this auction is set to end... I'm not really interested in being committed to a bid for the next 6 months while we "wait for bidders." :)

Understandable. I have a "price set" in mind that I am waiting for. If you want to discuss a price to just buy it and not bid then that can be arranged. On a side note, the site is still making money..

    2010-02-03 (current week) $52.47

    Sat Jan 30 $17.49
    Fri Jan 29 $34.98
