Yes in a excel format, you'll get the URL the comment was posted on, the URL I've promoted (Your website URL) and the keyword used for each post.
I also threw in some free keyword research, so you don't have to worry if you've picked the right keywords. I've been researching keywords for over a year now, I know what to look out for and what works, what doesn't work.
I'm not too sure exactly what you want to see, I can only really show you reports of work I've done for my own personal websites, because obviously I can't send out reports I've done on other peoples websites, but I'll private-message you with some screenshots.

It really changes, but for my personal websites (Where I've monitored this) I was getting 20-35% approval rating, but if your not happy with your results in 7 days, I'll give you the same package again, for free.

Usual turn around time is 24 hours, but it can be up to 48 hours if I'm very, very busy, but so far everyone has got their reports quite quickly and there hasn't been any delays. I provide a report with the URL the backlink is on, the URL promoted and also the anchor text used. As many keywords/pages as you like, it doesn't effect me at all, although if your going to go with a number of keywords/URLs to be promoted, I'd suggest going with a larger-package, but that's down to you I just private-messaged you both with order-details.
