Yes, it's against adsense TOS... don't do that if you want to keep your account alive..

There is no problem so there is no solution.. the problem is yourself... don't do that.. that is the solution..

we cannot put any image r any kind of script below or above the ads

 

The only solution to this is to place something below the picture and above the ad box... Ads are not supposed to be above or under any kind of script.

Its still confusing and I see Ads next to pictures all the time in a misleading fashion.
