i dont like both but if you are live in pakistan so read 'term and condition" According to my knowleadge "alertpay" is best.
None of both i prefer paypal only but its to be sad about that it is now not available in pakistan i once read about it in one of the thread..!!

Go for moneybookers. More people are starting to trust Moneybookers these days. It is very simple and you get verified quickly by adding your bank account. And also they will increase your limit when you send your bank statement to them with your name and address correct.
