Sitelinks are given at the discretion of Google and cannot be applied for.

Once you get them, you can to a small degree control which of your links are shown. This is done in your Google Webmasters Tools, where you can tell Google not to list certain pages in your sitelinks. Unfortunately, you cannot at this point specify which pages you wish they would include.

There is nothing you can do to 'get them'.

It will display the more authority site first, that is how it is sorted base on the keywords you type. In this case your site appears first, but other sites came second or third because it shares the same keywords as your site and have some authority on the subject. Subdomain are treated like a regular domain for the most part and it can be on the same page as the main domain or it could appear 10 pages away.

Dmoz has two links showing, 1 is the main domain, 2md is the add.html and third is the Wikipedia article for Dmoz. Reason as to why Wikipedia came 3rd instead of second is because there could be a lot of people link or posting a link to add.html which gain a better authority than Wikipedia/Dmoz. For the most part search engines will generally put the relevant domain first, then whatever that ranks stronger next.

Another example is if you type WWWS, from time to time wwws.org will come first, then Wikipedia article will follow (on most anything really). If WWWS.ORG had more authority it will rank first all times and as you can see no subpages or sub domain is found unless you dig deeper due to other higher authority sites with the same keywords.

To get your other pages and sub domain you need to make it popular just as you do with your main domain. To do that you need to submit them to places and make it known just as you would with main domain to gain ranks.

After typing all that, i realize I have a better example to show. Type "eyeonoahu" and you'll see what I mean. (without the quote)

I guess you got my question wrong. I was asking about sitelinks which appear "just" below the domain like keywords:

    http://www.google.com/#hl=en&source=hp&q=dmoz&aq=f&aql=&aqi=n1g7g-s2g1&oq=&fp=ba0a4630ce98f7da
