well lets just say when i used to do it on ebay i payed $20 for a "fetured" listing which put me on top, and under w/e category related to the site im doing. This would get me 1000 uniques within 3 days, which translated into like 50 sign-ups of which 5-10 would actually go "green" (means they did the offer). Problem is they banned me for doing that. So i need an equivalent. For this particular gaming site i got 8 "greens" left, i estimate 800 directed uniques. Can anybody think of something similar to the way i used ebay? Theres gota be other ways to get directed video game traffic............ How about $250 on google adwords? would this get me the necessary traffic? how many clicks is that?
You may be able to generate that kind of traffic with a few myspace bulletins. I can send out a bulletin to over 1000 friends on your behalf - for a small price.
Ok i need 27 people to sign up under me for a site. Thing is they also have to complete an "offer" so for every like 10 people who sign up, one does the offer, so that would be like 270 "signups". That is why i need so much traffic, because also for every 10 people who go to the site, 1 signs up, so thats 2700 clicks more or less...
Just because Ebay doesnt accept non-item-related sales doesnt mean at all that its illegal and a sin by god...
