Is it necessary to have privacy policy in website?

Hello guys, i have got a doubt. Is it necessary to have privacy policy in my own website. I have heard many people are getting banned because of no privacy policy page in their website.

Any experts can help me?

It is 100% compulsory and why are you worry about privacy policy if you keep in your website it will not hurt you at all and mean while it will gain you a lot.

Work do you have to do is if you have wordpress blog and search for the plugins of "Google Privacy Policy" or any other privacy policy which you like than only you can understand how easy it is to install a privacy policy.

Just google "privacy policy" and you will get a hell of information. Just sift through the contents, alter them according to your site's need and upload to your server. Or you can check our own dp wherein it was extensively discussed along with many samples.

Yeah, just recently Google started requiring you to have a privacy policy if you want to use AdSense. Just like everyone else says, it's to cover the large behind that is Google. You can find one online fairly easily just by searching for "AdSense Friendly Privacy Policy"
