You can use any bank CC which has VISA/MASTER logo. There is no disadvantage of using CC with your PayPal and if you fear of using CC then you can remove that CC from your account after 24-48 hours of getting your account verified.

    Thanks

Then what is the use of verifying his PayPal if he'll remove after 24 - 48 hours?

I'll suggest do not remove just go with your verify PayPal account and you'll get all advantages with no disadvantage.;)

Paypal makes a token charge in your credit card, which is then credited back into your Paypal account. Hence there is logically no fees deducted for verification! :)

What is ICICI b2b account

BTW you can't verify your paypal account using any indian bank. You need only valid CC to verify that.

    DON.

Until Reserve Bank of India doesn't implement Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode even on credit cards you can use it without any fear or else you'll have to wait for Paypal to start accepting the security measure's implementation on credit cards in India. So better hurry! :)
