    The FACT you mentioned is well taken. But it does not address the problem on hand. In the future definitely since a lesson is learned.

    What happened was you got into a partnership selling stolen stuff.

    DP can't babysit you and go after your partner because you didn't get paid.

    What if someone makes up a story to get a competitor banned on DP? Then the moderators have to figure out if the accusations are a lie, so they spend all of their time playing police and court, they could work for 10 hours a day and still never figure it all out. No one is going to do that not even Ebay.

    If they put up a warning every time someone got scammed in this place the entire pages would be full of thousands of warnings.

    It is YOUR job to research partnerships and deals YOU make and get into.

    DP doesn't get involved in member disputes. leave a negative iTrader and comment in their thread.
