I had applied for an adsense account and submitted all my neccessary information last Friday and still haven't heard anything back from them. Does this mean that I'm not going to be approved or did they not even receive my application? Also, if I'm not approved what other alternatives do I have? Which other PPCs are there that compare to Google's Adsense program, if any?
Can take anywhere between a couple hours to a week. Best method is to apply through docstoc.com you will get faster approval.
IS there anything I can do to check on the status of my application? Or to speed up the process if its already been a week? Thanks
For alternatives, I'd say AdBrite. The only good way to make money on Adbrite though is either tons of traffic, or by enabling full page ads. Full page ads are those random ads you get where it's like "Skip Ad" to get to the actual site. There are a few more like Bidvertiser, Yahoo, etc. etc. The only actual ad site I have used was Google Ads and Adbrite though.
Nice avatar... It can take weeks to months to get approved. Just search and youll find similar threads.
If it was the reseller hosting site, yeah. I've noticed sites based off hosting get approved pretty quick it seems like. Probably due to the fact it's hard to break google's TOS on a hosting site.
Adsense is still the best. Others pay less. --------------------------------- Anyways I know how to get Adsense accounts approved in 5 - 7 days the legal way. PM if you need further details
I think if you are an Indian then you must make sure that your website comply with their adsense policies. Your website must be 6 months old. If its only a week then don't bother as there are people who are in queue from last 4 months.... No one knows how adsense people work and nor even they disclose this fact. I think this is really rubbish that a company don't disclose how they work. I mean i have seen several other corporates who discloses what is necessary but G??????
