i have a blog which is hosted on blogger.com ; its about 1 year old.doesnt have many backlinks just about a hundred.it gets about 70-80 unique visitors everyday. here is what i want to know,should i stick with the domain name xyz.blogspot.com or get a domain xyz.com? i am confused.is it worth changing the domain? please help me out.
Go for it! Use custom domain feature of Blogger so that you will not have to pay anything for hosting your blog. The traffic will remain the same, but the only thing you may lose is the PR of your blogspot domain. Even then it's worth purchasing a domain for your blog. Good luck!

I think you should buy a custom domain. Or some old domains related to your blog. This will help SE to index your blog quickly instead of only google
I'd recommend only getting the domain if you're going to be 100% behind it. It's a good idea to ensure that you've got the audience behind you, but if you're determined, then ensure you're not going to lose the domain. Would you rather have: 1) The safety of knowing you own the domain and nobody else can take it from under your nose> or 2) The safety of saving the domain registration cost untill you know you'll have the audience and focus to make a real go of your blog
