Worth anything?

I never had a domain on this niche. Thought it could be a good one.

    TheTexasHoldemPoker.com

How much you think this might be? Just curious about the value.

well its more accurate then you because if you knew any better you would know that the domain is worth less then reg fee
    its a horrible domain
if someone said to you "the blackjack" does that make any sense in a sentence "NO" no it doesnt, neither does the "the texas holdem poker"
playtexasholdempoker has ALOT more value then you're domain and its not a very good domain

lachlandv, would you care to stop promoting your site over here? It's the 4th thread in the row I see you hyping valuate.com, (which quite frankly isn't any better than the countless number of other 'automated appraisal' tools out there).

People post here to get HUMAN appraisals. If they would be interested in the rubbish that a computer spits out then they would go and insert their name into such tool, instead of opening a thread here.

As for OP: Find a gambling site (or better yet, a network) that wants to expand its site portfolio and you will EASILY get low-XXX for the domain. Domains related to poker, casinos, gambling are extremely hot and I've seen domains far worse than yours sell for three-digit prices.

thetexasholdempoker.com is not good domain. You should remove "the" word, and it will be a good domain name.
In my opinion, your domain name only worth $5 (ignore another factors, just domain name).

There are tons of names with 19 or MORE letters that are worth quite a bit of money. I used to own "mesotheliomaattorney.com". At one time, years ago, the keyword phrase "mesothelioma attorney" was worth $100 per click. And that term "mesothelioma attorney" was one of the most searched-for terms on the Internet.

So please don't tell me that long names don't have value.

I think length becomes a big factor if the domain does not have keywords. If a domain has keywords people search, then its a valuable one exactly like domainica said.

how much would "newyorkwebdeveloper.com" worth? Its 19 character domain. I would personally buy it even if its $3000 just because of the keywords and people search for it-and the business I would get from it.

"texas holdem poker" had 110,000 searches in December 2009. and "texas holdem" 823000. will see how it goes for me:)

Well, in your case, you've got a great keyword phrase BUT, unfortunately, it's prefaced by the word "the". That makes it lose all its value.
