    What if someone had "given" him the acount for free? Would that be against the T&C?

    You have to read the TOS, Before posting any thing in DP. If you want to buy or sell anything you have to access the buy and sell forum out there. and the most important thing you can,t buy or sell any accounts here and there.
    It is total illegal.
