Buy domains with unverified paypal

I went to nameCheap as I Heard that it accepts unverified paypal!
but when I tried to add funds, it took me to "Verify paypal by creditcard page"!

Is there any other site that accepts unverified paypal?

No one will. I suppose first of all you need to verify your paypal account and then use that for online purchases

 

Name.com accepts payments from unverified Paypal accounts.

 

You can try fasthosts.co.uk - they're a UK-based hosting company and a .co.uk registrar, but I think they do .com/.net etc. as well.

you must registered at Godaddy. Godaddy only accepts verified paypal acounts

 

It's possible with some site, but I'll suggest you verify your account.
