How to use KVM for Cleaning Server

    Hello

    my server suspended
    company saying 1st clean with KVM than only we can unsuspend

    how can i do that???

    The data center technicians will need to attach a KVM to the machine and provide you with details on how to log in to it. It's just a way to access the machine without bringing it world accessible. Once in, start cleaning.

    They'll provide you with a link where you go using your browser, and with a user/pass that you can login with on that link, from there you can start off the KVM... now depends of what KVM they use it can start using JAVA on your end or you may be required to download some sort of KVM client to run on your PC.

    You are very unclear on your first post to what you need to clean or why they suspended your server, so there is not much we can help you with here... I think it would help if you could paste here the ticket or mail that your datacenter sent you, of course remove any login info or IPs from the context... only then we can give you more info of what you could do to get it unsuspended.
