just login to your Google account and visit this address https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
after that you can submit your website to be indexed.

 

create Google webmaster tools account , from this you can mange your crawling speed , you can check your index page , back links , traffic source verify your sitemap.xml and much more .

well it is for webmasters help.if you have you website then put it on webmaster tool and it will show u many things of your sites like back links,broken link,html errors,crawler access,site map errors etc..
