Does anyone know how to find the owners email address of a .co.uk name? I've tried doing whois searches in DomainTools.com, Who.is, Nominet but with .co.uk names it never gives an email address in the whois. Any help is greatly appreciated!
The .uk registry (Nominet) does not reveal contact info on personal sites. If you find a commercial site (it's commercial if it sells something or runs Adsense or ads) with hidden WHOIS you can contact Nominet and they will unhide the contact info.
Why? I suppose the domain name holder pay additional fee to keep it hidden and if domain name registrar give that away for any anyone they will lose all of their existing customers.
I did mention in my 1st post that I tried them as well but it doesn't provide the email address. Oh well, I just submitted the email via their "contact form", hope it goes through because their "contact" page is showing 4 different .php error messages on it.
In case the contact form doesn't work and Nominet won't disclose the information then your best bet would probably be trying to email and .
