I cant advertise my site for sale on my own site so I thought Id put it here

I just launched a new forum for the site just this morning

a lot of the listings link back to websiteacquire.com with a button so there are lots of incoming links being built up

I dont have time to run the site any more

Can you make a websiteacquire.com/dp.php and put your username on there, so I know you own the site.

 

Does this make any revenue? What script does the site use? When selecting 'Buy' it only asks for keywords and there is no listing. Also there is no way of seeing auctions by end date etc, and completed listings. Thanks

Much rather see analytics data to know the sources...etc, but w/e.

 

How are there 3,500 members when I cant figure out how to become one? The script doesnt look like it works at all....

 

try clicking the sell your website link on the main page or try making a bid on someones website - both of these entry points lead to creating an account

I don't have the time for this site any more, there is obviously a lot that the new owner can do with it. It ranks amongst the top for the most competitive search terms for this industry (buy a website, sell a website, websites for sale, sell established website, buy established website) so there is plenty for the new owner to do with those website listings and the traffic they bring

not making most revenue, I've never really tried, the site is modeled on the worlds most popular domain site: sedo.com

but I guess the new owner may take it in a different direction

Not a problem,

My bid is based on it's value, regarding search engines etc.

Potential is not that great as i have had a few marketplace's myself and with DP and Flippa dominating the market, it's so hard to grow. Revenue is the huge downfall.

Its hard to value a website based on potential these days, especially in a niche that's "Over crowded"

I can go upto 2.2k, but thats my limit.
