Well, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but this is related to adsense but it has to do with youtube as well.

Ok, I make videos on youtube and recently, 2 of my videos were invited for Revenue Sharing and it asks me to link an existing Google Adsense account or make a new one. I don't have an adsense account, so I signed up for one and then within a day I got this response.

"Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. After reviewing your
application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our program
criteria. Therefore, we are unable to accept you into our program.

We have certain policies in place that we believe will help ensure the
effectiveness of Google ads for our publishers as well as for our
advertisers. We review all publishers, and we reserve the right to decline
any application. As we grow, we may find that we are able to expand our
program to more web publishers with a wider variety of web content.

Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries regarding the
specific reasons for our decision. Thank you for your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team"

Am I doing something wrong? A few of my friends got an adsense account and got approved. Also, I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong section.

What should I do? Youtube is inviting all my videos for ads but everytime I try to sign up for an adsense, they deny it with that message.

Did your invitation have any special instruction? Email them back and tell them you were asked to join because of your vids.

If they weren't permitted to have ads. They wouldn't of sent me the invitations for them then.

    No, it didn't.

I checked your videos. You have only 2 videos and very small amount of video views. You have to wait little longer, gain more subscribers and add more videos.

You joined on December 16, 2009, just a month ago. Google will not accept your partnership. Thats too quick dude!

A brand new youtubers can get partnership too, but he or she must have multi million video views, such as a video called "JK Wedding Entrance Dance "

You certainly don't need multi million video views to be a partner. However what you do need is an adsense account. I suggest you make a nice little website about pretty much anything and then apply to adsense and list this site within the application. Once you are in then you can link it to your Partner account (assuming that is what they have given you). Then you can put ads on you videos through the revenue sharing facility and get paid through your adsense account like I do here- http://www.youtube.com/user/KaiXevandStanley .
Your video ads will be in two forms. One will actually overlay the bottom of the video unless/until someone closes it and the other will be a box to the right separate from the video itself but close to your description.
In my experience Partner YouTube videos are far better earners than Ads on sites. That may however be to do with my niche.
