Actually I am not hosting any illegal/legal videos/mp3s. I just give the links like rapidshare/mediafire.
even warez linking is not allowed in US hosts. so u need to ask with host before promoting your site. or else it will be wasted
I said use santrex altushost host47 or hostmonster They all allow warez linking and they all are cheap and reliable I have used santrex and hostmonster(shared) But now I am on VPS (hostmonster)
I will try HostMonster but it seems they also have same TOS as BlueHost. I am not sure how it workout.

bluehost is the best. Try to contact admin, he will solve your problem. I have many account in bluehost, and so far is so good. no problem, 24 hours online support
I tried again with Bluehost and said I will delete the links those are caused the issue. And they gave me a chance delete and I have deleted the links they had problem. Now my site is activated and thanks for all your help and suggestions. -Abhi.
Stay away from Bluehost (Justhost). They do many things for cancel accounts at the smallest things. A friend get kickout twice for "overload" the cpu. But he didn't do anything. Support answer, it comes from one of his domains. As he ask which one, they don't know at the moment. The service person are not in the house and they ask him what domain he has. If he counts and say the name, suddenly the support say...yes comes from this domain. The Joke was: this domain has just parked and nothing then a index.html on!!! His money gone...without refund. Check google for more complains!
Stolen, copyrighted, and nulled content is not welcome anywhere. Even uploading to Rapidshare or similar sites you will always be at risk to get "your" content deleted and depending where you are located, you might be also sued eventually.
Before buying hosting from any reputed company you should read their TOS for avoiding Account suspension.
