Okay, I have AU$25 to spend (around $22USD) on just a banner with logo to start with. Banner must be 780px wide and height doesnt matter. The logo itself must be capable of various sizes from 150px wide up to 1024px wide. My starting requirements are: Logo: web 2.0 colours / possible black & red but not important for a great design. No matter what, it must work on a white background. M y D o m a i n s . n e t . a u ( 2 words - double spaced only to avoid search engines in this thread ) Slogan: It's Sure Business... It is a domain registrar specialising on domains for business so i am expecting something classy. All entrants must submit via this thread. I will not accept entries sent by PM. I want to be sure it's an original design. Payment of AU$25 will give me full and exclusive rights to the banner + logo but can be kept by the winner for their portfolio only. I expect to finalise this competition within 7 days to give everyone a chance to enter. If none of the designs are too my liking I will pay the best entrant AU$10 and not use any of them myself just to guarantee a winner. Payment by Paypal. hey buddy, I visited your site and I have designed special logo & banner to suit it. Used that special "soft red" color you wanted. Other colors used are white and black. The banner is professional, elegant as well as simple. Before this, I have designed logos and banners for many sites (sorry, can't disclose the names.) I would suggest you try these banners by actually using them on your site. The fonts used suit the banner best. However, if you wish any special font to be used, I can customize that for you. Same is for the colors used too. The resolution is 780*200. So, here are my entries: Regards.
@kedar9 - Straight to the point. There's nothing I could use as a logo there and that is most important, a world map doesn't really cut it for me. I'm after an original design that represents "domain names for business / corporate". Thanks for your efforts though, feel free to try again. PS: you centred that map on Australia. Great forethought. 10 points. @vaibhavmeswani - again, nothing logoish there I could use so not suitable to my needs. To be honest it looks pretty plain and is something I could easily come up with myself. Must be original. Thanks for trying though. @ALL ENTRANTS - Plain fonts won't suit. I don't want a picture used as background, though a nice design or shading might be fine. Please keep entries coming. This competition is still wide open.
@WittyCyberDesigners - I do like what you did with the domains collection, looks good though the 'name' extension looks a little strange. I can't say I like the rest with it. The other stuff won't be required as i'm switching it over to just selling domains there now and getting rid of the current script once I have my new logo to work with. Your entry has a chance in this competition, just for that image, as a potential logo (with a fixed 'name' ext). Thanks for entering. @Vaibhav - I like these better, yes. I like the box from the top one & the text "T" setup better on the bottom one though will have to see if it suits as a logo compared to other entries. If you like you can try putting that box spewing domains on the bottom pic with the white background & see what that looks like? These as they are are still valid entries, thanks again. Certainly heading in the right direction, keen to see more entries.
@vaibhavmeswani - Thanks for the changes. @nidhi1100@gmail.com - Thanks for your Entry, unfortunatly its not what we are after. @rocketoutwithurlogoout - Very classy, best one so far. probably a more stand alone logo as that is the most important part @WittyCyberDesigners - i like the domains collection, once again not sure about the rest of it, and the domains will need changing to the ones we will be selling @hpgraphic - Also a very nice design, as i've said before globes arnt my thing. If you could do something clever with the O but not a globe that would be great thanks. @plazmaDesign - Thanks for your entry, but its not what im after sorry.
