This kind of SCAM is brutally wide spread out, although not as much as it was used to be. Never trust similar mails! Btw that's a wrong section to post it - what has this spam/scam to do with Adsense payments?
Deleting it, is all you can do, but if it landed in your inbox, then report it "As Spam" so next time it won't bother you, and will land in Junk or Spam box.
