SERPs - Search Engine Result Pages, its nothing but the result pages that come up when you search a query in the search engines.

 

you means the page on which our site place by google ?

You can do many things to increase your "Serp". Backlinks is one way. Also on site optimization. Always take a look at your meta tags.
