A mixture of both is usually good, because both forums and YA rank well on search engines (though for me YA ranks better), and you can gain a constant and steady traffic (and sales) for years and months to come not only from the person who asked the question, but from people browsing on search engines. That is how I make some of my sales, and questions I answered a year ago are still bringing me in consistent sales! Though, make sure you choose appropriate answers and don't raise suspicion!
