The site is based on a php article site script. It has 6,739 registered users that regularly log in and add articles. This site is perfect for selling backlinks or other monetization. I've used this site to hard code backlinks to my other new sites for fast Google indexing. Works like a charm!

This site runs itself. Users create an account, the site emails passwords and auto approves articles. I've attached a screen shot of the admin section.

See attached image for traffic stats. This site can be monitized more but I've just not done it. I've added a banner in the last week so assume less than $.50 per day on adsense.

I will deliver a zip file of all the web site files and a compressed SQL file of the database.

Yes. That is correct. This domain has indexed content, age, visitors, and users constantly adding content. The potential of this domain is much greater than many of the sites for sale here.

 

Adsense is not the only way to monetize a website. More than that the real value of a site is many times higher than the revenue. There are a lot of factors that must be considered - too many to be described here. Relating website value only to revenue is a big mistake in my opinion. Of course this is my personal view.
