What are your views on Rafa Benitez after Liverpools' defeat last night at the hands of managerless Reading ?

Has he done all he can at Anfield or is it backroom problems ?

Well sacking Rafa is not a solution as if player not showing good performance they need to think about players and if owners are not keen on spending then Liverpool will continue such run and yet again yesterday they proved with considering late goal which ended in draw. Rafa have time but don't have money to spend and with key players out because of injury, they can't produce stunning performance.

    he has 2 go...
    - has been there for 4 or 5 seasons, but no league title
    - bring in good players, but cant make them click as a champion team

Liverpool are able to get on the top again, sacking rafa is not the solution in my opinion.
They are having some rough times now, but I think they will learn from it and even grow stronger. Maybe not this season thoo.

I dont follow Liverpool but as he has just signed a new 4 year contract he is hardly likely to just walk out of the job as he wont get anything,so he has 2 option he either turns the club around very quickly which is not impossible but it does look bad for him and the club at the moment or he is waiting to get fired that option means that with the clause in his contract he will get a nice goodbye payout.Gut feeling tells me it will be the latter within the next couple of months

He had to stay. The only Liverpool weakness is the player not blend enough together. Rafa needs to find the formula to get em Blend. Liverpool will come back.

Well one thing is sure that Liverpool can't sack him as if they sacked him then they have to pay money as from agreement and it also not good for team too as they already short on money. Owners has to spend money if Liverpool wants to win titles! They Rafa is not problem for them as they haven't won title since new league formed which show that something missing in club itself.

I'm an Arsenal fan butting into this thread but I'd say stay. Form is temporary. Class is permanent. He is a quality manager.

Exactly as INGdirect said, just a couple of strings of loss does not prove that he is not managing his team properly. Patience guys !! I would like him to stay !

Yes and they have to understand that something missing in club not in Manager as they haven't won any League title since it formed back in 90's.

I think Rafa should stay. Liverpool just need another good player to support Gerrard and Torres when both get injured or unfit as well

I think he should stay. He is a great manager. The only problem is when is enough enough? Liverpool can't keep going on like this and there needs to be some major changes.

Yes and if club needs a good players they need money which is not possible for Liverpool at the moment as Club owners don't want to spend money.

Rafa should go. He was at Liverpool for quiet sometime. He didn't spend the transfer money wisely. Only Torres and Johnson are worth the money. Also he made a lot of mistake in selling players. The entire team is concentrated on Torres and Gerrard. He cannot find a replacement for them.
