I could be wrong but I believe some of the more well known blogging platforms have plugins that will allow you to email content that is then published on your site. Yes, the plugins would allow you to insert new content into the blog but not another website that is not built with those same blogging tools. In that case, something like you are using is probably a good solution. -mnc
