Does anyone know of someone that has a company that looks "professional and independent" to provide valuation on some of the websites? I just need someone who can give an opinion of how much they are worth on an official looking piece of paper.

no software can evaluate right. price depends on your domain quality, website service quality, earnings etc etc.
One of my SEO clients is looking to have this done. I found the online tools but they don't seem to be accurate. I was just wondering if anyone has used a particular service before that they would recommend so that I can relay the message back to him.
These types of site were discussed in another thread within the last 7 days and the concensus is thye are garbage. The values they give are based on randonm figures that have absolutly no relevance to anything. I would say search Google for genuine evaluations but they will not be free.
