    Hi everyone !

What do you think of my idea : if a person gets banned from adsense, instead of a life-time ban , he should get a 1-year ban (or something like this) .. because everyone makes mistakes.. it is not fair to get banned for life if you mad a mistake or did not read their TOS properly...
tell me what do you think of this !?

Edit: sorry for the two "e" on the title :)

A life time banned does seem steep if it is an honest mistake, and I am sure people do make mistakes with it. Is there a way to appeal your ban?, so you can plede your case to them.

I am not talking about me ! If you did not know , google adsense recently develop a web page where users (publishers) can put their ideas in order to make adsense better ! Here is the link http://productideas.appspot.com/#16/e=31f1e

There are too many people who sign up for Adsense who click on their own ads, or ask for people to click on their ads, or use tricks to make people accidentally click on their ads, or simply haven't bothered to read the rules. I don't think it's too much for Google to ask that people follow the policies that they agreed to when they signed up.

And then there are all the people who cheated and got their accounts disabled, who reapply using someone else's ID - and then get their accounts disabled again for the same policy violations.

Why should Google give fraudsters and cheaters and people too lazy to read the rules another chance? That unfortunately means that a few honest people get hurt.

But I suspect that the alternative to strict rules like this would be that Google wouldn't allow any small Adsense publishers at all - and that would hurt a lot of us.

There are tons of small publishers who don't even earn enough in a year to reach the payment threshold. Google could drop all of them and it would hardly affect their bottom line.
