You will have a list of free or paid directories from search engines for sub domains as well where they are agree to allow you to submit your sub domain there.
agreed, but most of them dont accept subdomains, do u have any list of directories who accept subdomains....???
You should create folders instead of sub-domain because sub-domains are not easily submit in directories where as folder structure pages can be submitted in deep link directories.
I would like to differ in this case. Subdomains are better than subdirectories as was as acceptance by directories is concerned.
I have subdomains that I have linked from withing my main site. I believe that "index, follow" allows the subdomains to be found. I base this on traffic I have gotten on the subdomains without ever submitting them to site submit
