I've heard of the concept, but never really looked into it. I guess I'm interested in this subject now and wouldn't mind trying some software. What are the recommendations? Anyone knows about this subject? Please reply.
The most popular plug-in I know of is for Wordpress called Autoblogged (http://autoblogged.com/) I haven't really tested it on a live blog, but from what I can tell it pulls articles from RSS feeds you designate and it prepares content from this, in the form of new posts on your blog. I'm sure these really can make money, but again I've never tried. It would be an interesting experiment for the future me
How do they make the content unique? I downloaded one somewhere, one of those ones priced at the same price that is everywhere. Why are there so many places selling the same thing (just named different) at the same price?
BlogSense http://www.blogsense-wp.com/ Autoblogged http://autoblogged.com/ WP Robot http://wprobot.net/ WP o Matic http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-o-matic/ Caffeinated Content http://www.caffeinatedcontent.org/ WP Mage http://www.wpmage.com/blueprint/ Autoblogging is employing automation strategies on your blog using rss sources and scraping sources, in which scraping means to have a script(usually php) access a page and identify content, and bring it back to use, performing all kinds of desired modifications to it.
Mine, represent. But it is younger and there is less hype around it. You have to be careful about being sucked into get rich via autoblogging promotionals. BlogSense is for the professional who can be creative with their automation strategies. The three most powerful are my BlogSense, Autoblogged, and WPRobot. There are some advantages each software has over the other, so I reccomend investigating each one's sales pages.
You don't make the content unique. And it is not an easy task to find full feeds that are not copyright. So there is little point in autoblogging. However there are perfectly legitimate uses for pulling in specific RSS feeds to parts of your site. There have been tons of posts on Autoblogging. If you use the Search Tools here at DP you'll find plenty of opinion as this question gets asked over and over.
Autoblogged is powerful, it seems could add article, video from google blog search, yahoo video search, youtube. But i do not know how to use it.
This is right, To add, blogsense pulls video from youtube and hulu, and autocomments when the video is from youtube. http://www.blogsense-wp.com/news/autoblog-video-posting/ It also gives you the capability of turning partial rss feeds into full rss feeds. This can come in handy whenever a content service employs rss feeds. Its always smart to look for copywrites, but most just do not have it. You have to register a copyright with the US government and not many people do this. http://www.gocopyright.com/guide.htm#1 My newest addition to BlogSense, which is coming out today or tomarrow, is the ability to create content profiles/blocks, which can be filled with adsense codes or written content, and added to the end of each automated post. For each automation campaign, you will be able to select a custom content block for the header and the footer. This will make it super easy for ad management. If your block contains content, then you can format that content with something called spyntax, which will allow you to create spun copies of that content each time it is used. Here is an example of a header block that will appear just before each automated post for a declared campaign: This is an example of [spun text|rewritten text|text that has been randomized]. Here is how it will output : Use 1: This is an example of spun text. Use 2: This is an example of rewritten text. Use 2: This is an example of text that has been randomized. It does not alternate them in order though. Rather it randomizes all requests each time. So if you have allot of different places that have options, you will spin allot of different versions of essentially the same content. Check out the blog in under my DP sn for more information on features of blogsense. It's not as old as WP Robot or Autoblogged, but I design it to be the best and develop from my customer bases's advice.
This kinda seems like cheating . I'll check it out though. How accurately does it do the job in terms of keywords, seo etc.?
