Contest Contest - Re-Design Template

    Contest:

    Need a design (template) for an old html website.
    (stationaryengineercourse dot com)

    Colors should be red/blue
    Professional looking
    Include a Logo/Header
    Use Buttons for the Index (.psd for easy future editing)

    You do not need to place any content in the site, the owners will do that, just be sure its easily edited.(Although a quick copy paste of index page content would be good to show look)

    Need something fairly quick

    Contests ends on first accept design.
    Winner will be paid via PP $25

    Please PM designs

    Coded - Site does not have to be PSD design, just the graphics in case changes need to be made in the future.
