In both cases, the PR is fake, and won't last long.

It was acquired from redirects from the following domains...
    www.bestsampleresume.com
    www.indiaplaces.com

    Problem Solved:

Why this happens: It is only because of Google Cache Problem due to similar sites or with similar affiliate site it wrongly cache the original site and it won't be till next cache or in next update(s).

    thanks selectsplat

It's usually caused by a 301 redirect from an one URL with pagerank to a new URL.

You can detect this by using the 'info:' command in google. If you do a "info:youdomain.com" and the result shows you information from a domain other than the domain you used in the info command, then the pagerank is forged.

Absolutely, the two domains linked in the origianl post will lose the 'fake pr' in the next toolbar update.

What I suggest to easily increase pagerank is to make all your external links "NoFollow" and then build your backlinks from various sources such as forums, blogs, articles and if you get time some directories. I would also suggest that when building backlinks to alternate where you link to such as:

    index.html
    anotherpage.html
    yetanotherpage.html

This is building authority to inner pages and will help your overall site increase pagerank. I usually manage PR3 on the first update. Have a play around... build a few websites and use various techniques that's the best way to do it. I built one website which had low competition and I had the whole website PR1-4 through building links into the inner pages too. Authority backlinks are good such as .edu .gov etc etc.

Try to keep your outbound links down to a minimum and those that do link to other sites apply the nofollow attribute.

    Good luck!

I think is error by google bot as it is confused!
I dont agree with 301 as both domain is working well
    neither redirect to another.

Not Agreed that every domain is forged it may googlebot mistake

e.g. hosting.maxinspire.co.in and www. sasia.domains. coop both are reseller or reseller club but link structure is quite similar. googlebot did mistake.:)

No, this isn't an error by the googlebot.

At some point, there was a 301 redirect, and then the 301 was removed. That's why both are working fine now.

No, Im' sure it wasn't a googlebot error. 301 redirects are the only way pr is passed from on URL to another and the 'info' of one domain is shown for another.

But there is no co relation between these two website(s)

I own maxinspire only for personally domain purchase today i saw change but I dont know neither directly or indirectly sasia.domains.coop and why he / she redirected it to mine web.

but still both sites are working well.

That doesn't mean there wasn't a 301 redirect on there previously.

I've been in this business for almost 10 years now, and I've seen this a MILLION times. The PR was acquired through a 301 redirect that was later removed. Both sites work now because the redirect was removed.

    Yes. I respect you dear.
but there is really no co relation between these two domains that's why I raised the question in the forum.

There may not be any correlation at the moment, but clearly, there was previously.

If you have never owned both domains, then you should contact them and ask them why they were redirecting to your domain.
