Overstock Tool and Hardware Site - High Income Potential!

Script: Highly customized Overstock.com affiliate script. Has search engine friendly urls. Easily indexed by the major engines. Customized category and product pages with prevalant ad placement. Updates automatically every 24 hours, this site is completely hands-off. All you have to do is collect the checks.

History: The site is brand new. I just finished it today. So, there is no traffic or revenue stats.

Potential: I have made a few of these Overstock sites for others in the past and have been told that they do very well in sales. I made one for myself with a bed and bath theme around January that I sold here for $275. It made $170 in it's second month from Linkshare and about $1-$2 a day on AdSense. For some reason Google either really likes this script or there is not much competition in this affiliate market. Google traffic has been great for all sites using the script.

Affiliate and Ads: It has Yahoo ads on it now, but I can change them to Google if you would rather before transferring. It uses your Linkshare ID to track your sales and pay commission. You will need a Linkshare account. They do accept nearly every country if that is a concern.

Included: Free transfer and installation. Hosting can be provided at a low rate if needed.

Dont bother with this guy. I asked him to make me a site, which he said would take 2 days MAX to make, I asked him about it 5 days later after I sent the payment and he didnt even start. Asked him for a refund and its been a week and I havent heard anything from him.

 

Unfortunately as Kevinn noted above I too have had money taken by the poster and he seems to have run.

The original purchase here in this thread went through fine.

However he said he could do others soi I hired him last week to build one very similar to this...sent a 50% deposit and have not heard from him.

Oddly enough he did return yesterday morning at 5:30am here to DP.....

I guess one thing he wasnt here to do was respond to PMs.

That sounds weird, I think let's give him 2-3 days to respond via PMs. There could be problems we are unaware of. I hope all goes well.

 

Being as I sent my money over 6 days ago and heard nothing..... I think I've done the 2 - 3 days thing.......twice now....



But I hope nothing bad has befallen him but I also saw he logged in recently and did not reply....

Theres nothing wrong with him, when I asked him if the site was done after 5 days (he said it would take 2 MAX) he said never recieved my domain login details, he replied within an hour. I replied right back and told him nevermind and I want my money back. He never replied again after that. I paid him on August 30th. Still havent heard from him.

Good thing its paypal, i submitted the dispute and escalated the claim. If i dont hear back from paypal then i'll just call my CC company and issue a charge back =)
