How much did you donate to Haiti ?

I've donated $1200 to Haiti to Help them , What about you ?

 

if i had money on the paypal i would donate more than 40% of all funds.

Wow, they were hit pretty hard ( terrible ).
I can't imagine how it must has been for all of the Haiti population.

I would really like to. My friend is from Haiti and lives in America, he is in great stress right now, so far they have found 11 of his cousins dead in the rubble. I feel terrible for him, so yes I am going to donate.

 

I do not consider it good practice to list the figure here but it is suffice to say... I did donate along with a few of my friends, a good sum... collectively!

I agree that it is not necessary to state HOW much you have donated, only that you donated something if you could. I did contribute to savethechildren.org by the way.

Yes I did, $100 cause thats what I was able to afford atm, the death toll is 2/3 of the 04 tsunami.... just horrible

I also heard that news Haiti is devastated there are lots people killed in that earthquake. I hope all the Filipinos in Haiti are safe and no one is harmed.

 

How can I prove it when it wasn't online ? And why should I do ? It was to an charity organization here in my country , They were collecting money for Haiti.. And I mean the whole Family who donated not me only .

I mentioned the amount to encourage people to do .

anyway $1200 isn't a big amount , You could see when wikipedia was collecting donations that some people donated $1000 . ..so it isn't a big deal for the family to make that donation to Haiti .

 

I would like to donate a lot of money, but I just don't have that kind of money to simply give away. I donated $10. Hopefully it gets somewhere to helping someone. Good on you for donating that amount. + REP

No, you dont have to! Why should anyone have to prove such a thing...its not a sum you owed it to anyone! Good that you've donated whatever you felt like. Big or small is a relative amount. $1200 could be small amount for some and really big for some! It shouldn't matter how much you have given. Giving matters. I did donate whatever I could!
