I like it, I think it looks too simple overall, might be the color scheme - is that a vector btw?

 

It's a vector in photoshop.

The thing under fa should be something like the knights visor or something. XD

 

Go with 3rd bottom one, but we need some different font there I Think, something is off imo.

yes, its a bit hard to tell if thats an "F". The wings doesnt look like a part of the word. Anyways, im gonna show you some font variations of the 3rd one.

Your entry is solid. I like the money with wings part, but I feel the bird on the left is overbearing, - also it's like a goose or something, an eagle would have been more powerful.
