Can you send payment on a unverified account on Paypal? because i tried and i couldn't, but a friend said he could so I am a little but confused. Please advise.
I'm just sending to another Paypal account which is my friend's account and when i click send payment, it tells me to add a bank or CC even when i have sufficient money in my account
be careful if you'll send or receive money in big amounts...paypal will surely limit you if it aint verified
Check your limits. Your are unverified right?? Irrespective of what the receiver is, an unverified Paypal account can send only $500 till its verified.
It seems like your implying that you have an unverified paypal? Well as far as I know you can send or recieved account but it has a limit of 500$ ..Anyway check your amount of money in paypal and how much you have spent and received already so you will have idea if you have already reach the limit of 500$..
You have an unverified PP account. Better try verifying the account. Just add your CC, so you dont need to worry like this.

PayPal does allow users from select countries to send payments sans account verification. So far, I've been receiving funds from some clients with unverified accounts. I'm not sure what the case is if you're based in Australia. Do you and the recipient come from the same country? Are you sending less than $500? If the answer is "yes," perhaps you should call PayPal and explain your situation.
u might need to check whether your sending limits has been reached, unverified accounts only has a 1000USD sending limit before u need to verify it
