Stay away from dedicated servers. You obviously lack the skills to use one.

 

First, you should know your exact requirements like resources, location etc etc. Then you can search it on google.

It is not really big deal to administrate server. You can hire anyone experienced guy to configure initial settings. After that, there are many option like hiring any server management company which can manage and monitor your server around the clock.
