Top ten do follow social book marking sites

I would like to establish a list with the top ten do follow social book marking sites.

I recall using digg.com (but I think they changed something in their settings).
I was also using mixx.com . Who can advice more? This may also be sites using RSS feeds.

These are some of the SB sites I use, all dofollow:

 

I would still use nofollow sites such as Digg because they rank pretty well too, but of course if you want to rank a site/video/article then I would use OnlyWire (submission of top 23 social bookmarking sites, mix of dofollow/nofollow).

Thanks when did you use them last?

I can't join "rawsugar.com" for instance.

I intend to check all the sites out. At the moment I'm especially fond of propeller, since the group management seems to be quite user friendly.

 

stumbleupon, jumptags, mr. wong are nofollow and backflip is down since october.
