Reciprocal Link...! What is the Solution?

I am running couple of websites. I am facing difficulty when submitting my website link in directories. Then ask for reciprocal link on my site. My question is that is there any free way to submit my site without reciprocal link?
Please give me your expert suggestions.

Yah, walk away from directories that asking you for reciprocal link and never go back there
and submit your site to FREE DIRECTORIES only... hundreds of them.

Many directories will display the field for the reciprocal link location however, they do not require the reciprocal. If you do not see an asterisk next to the filed, the reciprocal in not required.

Use only absolutely free directories and paid directories with high PR and Alexa Rank.
Reciprocal links are not so useful.

But almost all free directories ask for reciprocal link. DO you have any list of free directories without reciprocal link?
Well thank you for fast replies.

Most free directories DO NOT ask for a reciprocal link.

Check my sig for a list of free directories that don't require a reciprocal. In addition, you can use the search on the site narrow the list to your niche, general directories, PR, etc.

Basically it would be right thing to do is to classify reciprocal as Paid Directories
because after all that is what they really are. It just instead of money, onwers ask
for payment in form of backlink.

FREE means FREE thus should be provided without any attached conditions.
If I'm not mistaken presently only vilesilencer.com places them in Paid List

    :)

The better directory lists don't even list reciprocal directories because Google considers this to be link scheming.

Not all directories require reciprocals. I run http://www.kuoid.co.uk and I don't require reciprocals. Just google for some free directories. Also, ensure you try to get your site in DMOZ.
If you're still looking for a list of free directories, I'm sure there are a few threads about some on here

YOu can trick some of those directories by submitting a reciprocal link from another site, like from a blogspot blog, however some will recognize this and ask for reciprocal from same domain, skip them if you dont want to put reciprocals on your websites.

The only solution for your problem is that you do start searching for those directories which accept free submissions and also are with high PR, so that they can pass that link juice to your web page.

Yes it sounds good. Because some directories really dont validate the reciprocal link.

Buddy free directory plus high PG, is not easy to get both benefits at same time. High PR directories require money or reciprocal link on the other hand directories which dont ask reciprocal link got low PR:(.

You should submit your link in different free directories, that are supporting only one way linking.

Go to this directory list, select "Free (regular)" and click the search button. There are many of them.
