If you are going to earn adsense money by hosting a proxy site, I advise you should think about the hosting difficulties. I host a no. of proxy sites in a no. of hosting, they allowed me to host them initially. However, they suspended all my accounts once the trafiic grow higher. In fact, proxy sites overload the server. Therefore try to avoid adsense sites with proxy website.
I run a proxy site and understand that is uses a lot of server resources which is why its on its own server. I can't blame host for rejecting proxy sites since they have other customers to look out for.
Adsense displayed on proxy sites itself may be a direct violation of TOS. You are not going to have control over the content displayed and proxy sites are almost always used to browse something illegal!
