100 visits a day and one click or blank

Hi all,

I am getting 100 visits and 1000 hits per day but there is only one or two clicks some day and some day zero click.

Can any one please tell me is there some problem with my ads placing?

Please give me a simple idea that how many clicks one can expect on 100 visits and 1000 hits per day?

I am using large rectangle ad format on upwards and downwards of my contents. my niche is technology related.

I am doing lot of efforts to getting visitors but still no clicks

what is your source of traffic, is your site keyword optimised,. because if you don't use enough keywords then your site might not get appropriate ads for content

 

this might be due to the selection of the keywords that you had used. If you have the keyword that people who are in need will use to search you will easily get the clicks.

In short the keyword that you are using on you site will have to be proper researched keyword that will really convince the visitors to click on them for more information.

 

I am getting 20000 hits per day with 180-200 clicks but not much earn only 5.0 or 10$ per day

Maybe the adsense ads isn't dislay suitable for your website's keyword. So visitor didn't click. And if the adsense ads is display for visitor's interest they will click ads.

 

Wish I could say that about my site, irvinehomesca.com, I'm not even getting near that.

Source of traffic should be search engine. 100 visitors are low.

 

Most probably your visitors are webmasters so they tend to be adsense blind

 

It's normal nowadays. I think maybe because of the placement or the template. I heard the template that contained too many graphics could distract people from clicking on your ads.

My advice, don't rely on one website to earn money from Adsense.

 

it all depends the way the traffic is coming to your site and for how long they remain on your site... if your bounce rate is alot there is chance you wont get alot of clicks.... try decreasing your bounce rate and CTR will increase....

yes I just have 2K hits and 10 clicks. and earn 2$

 

Adsense pays low these days. My situation is almost the same to you. Dude work hard to improve it.
