Hey guys, Just a quick question for you. I've got a product based website ranked in Google receiving almost 20 visitors per day.It is new website. The site is particularly well structured, with very impressive graphics.Also included 40-50 page ebook unique and very well written. it is about article marketing with cool new techniques. I also have free ebook with optin box. The site has recently been updated for the first time since early November, and is making 2 sales per week - about $48 is made. I personally don't think it's too bad for a site that's not even in the top five search results, but I know with a bit of work someone with a little more time or money could turn the site into a raging success. I've recently expanded my workload into other areas including copywriting and a cool little niche I've been exploiting, so don't really have time to work on it. Cut a long story short, I'm thinking of sticking the site up for sale on Flippa or even here on the digital forum, so if anyone has an idea of what the site is worth could you please let me know either by posting a reply below or sending me a PM? I checked on few sites and also from my fellow members they suggest it should be above $700.? Thanks alot! francozac
A lot of buyers like to base their purchase on revenue. As a base, some buyers like to take 10 times monthly revenue as a starting point for price. So if you make $20 per month, about $200 give of take is a good starting point. Then depending on what you offer, your search engine rank position for keywords, your features, and so on, can add to that price or drop it. I hope this helps!

Sounds to me like its worth about $48 a week if that's what your making without spending any money to make those sales. If you're spending any money then subtract what you're spending from the revenue and that's what it's worth. Keep in mind you need to also subtract overhead such as hosting expenses and time spent on the site. I will say I'm a bit skeptical of your numbers as 140 hits a week giving you $48 a week is a pretty damn good conversion rate. That's a 1 in 70 conversion if you're making 2 sales for every 140 raw hits which is pretty damn good. What are you selling half priced weed? Or i could just lie and say it's worth ONE BILLION DOLLARS! lol
The worth of website is calculated on various factors like traffic, relevant backlinks, the business website doing and the page rank. I think you are earning healthy amount with 20 unique visitors per day.
Usual procedure here is monthly income multiplied by 10. If your website makes 100 dollars per month your site is worth 1000 dollars. But based on potential the rate also change. But 20 uniques a day is nothing worthy..
