    Hi,

Article Syndication get's submitted to multiple article directories.

Article Submission is exactly what it means, submitting your article.

Article syndication: RSS is an article syndication protocol. RSS makes it possible to show content of other sites in your own website without effort for you. RSS does the article syndication, it broadcasts articles and content in general.

Article submission: you write an article an want it to be published. One way to achieve this is by submitting it to an article directory. Yor are giving the directory your article in order to get published, you are doing article submission.

With syndication. you have duplicate content. my opinion on that is google for example will give duplicate content less importance. syndication would be a good idea if there is a site that needs to know. so for example you wrote an article on how to market your tanning salon business. that article could be syndicated on a few forums that deal with the tanning salon industry. It would be relevant content.
