Travelling Statistics In The USA

    People, who can tell me what happened in August-September 2009 with travelling in the USA? Booking of rooms in hotels has sharply fallen more than 100 times! I mean not the most popular cities but almost all others... I am confused...:confused:

    I checked some keywords about booking rooms in hotels. The number of queries decreased for most of the cities very much. It happened very quickly starting from August. Before that (from January to July) the number was 100 times higher. So I suppose something happened, definately...
    News tell a little about it and very generally. So I thought some of you may know more...
