    very good domain. if you make a website on it, the value would go high. May be a seo service directory.

    I would say at least $1000.

    you will regret if you sell the domain for $XXX,
    i would develop the domain a a forum but not a simple blog IMO.

    The domain is a blog I put up about 9 months ago I think. It has about 1400 followers on Twitter, and hundreds of unique visitors per day. It is a fairly active blog and has a main PR of 3 and a lot of inner PR pages.

    I just have adsense on it and it makes about $100-$150 pe rmonth from those ads.

    Based off of that I think or hope it is worth Mid - High $XXXX.00

    I would love to make it a forum/blog in one.. I may install a forum all about SEO on it.
