last week google has sent me an email about my account status. they told me that my ads are displayed on another website that I didn't signed up with. So what? I know I can put my code on how many websites I want if I do not brake the TOS.
So I didn't saw the email and after one week they terminated my account and I lost big money.
My friend has some agreement with other websites to display my banner and I paid them. One of them has sent an email to google telling them that I hacked their website and replaced his ads.. now what ?

Contact Google detailing everything and attaching a scanned copy of agreement with other website.

You must proof that you have permission or right to put your ads on the said website.

google shouldn't close your account if your ads are displayed on an website that brake some rules.should just send you a warning an email and close the ads for that website

Guess thats the risk you take when you run your Adsense ads on another account that you don't control. Good job. I'll keep this in mind.

I'm thinking that you missed some important part of the email, such as a mention that the site they were appearing on was in violation of the program policies. Or maybe that your ads were being placed on a web site without that web site owner's permission. I'm thinking the latter is likely based on this:

Most of the threads in this forum are getting trivial and childish .Yes purely childish. He says that he had an agreement with his friend and then add it was only a verbal agreement. How on earth he is going to prove it to Google? secondly why to pay a third party to put his ad in someone's site? He could have contacted some web masters directly. Friends might have promised cheap ads and here you see the result!

My logic says that ,your Monkey friends cheated both the Kittens, the advertiser and the publisher . One by hacking the site and the other by exhorting Illegal fee.
Adsense is for serious people who would transact their business professionally . Many amateurs languish here lamenting that their account got disabled! Tragic indeed.

Bad experience is a lesson in life, which helps us get matured .

Lesson learned : Only put your adsense ads on your personal websites otherwise you can get screwed big time!

I feel sorry! How do you know that they reported you to google? Did they tell you so? I have the feeling that the site owner is manipulating this. oh well..

Make sure you contact google adsense team and explain the whole situation, you might need to scan / email or fax everything in together with all your docs. Make sure every step is carefully explained. It will take time but they might re-enable your account so you don't need to create another one and can hopefully recover your money.

google has sent me an email 6 days before they close my account telling me that my ads are displayed on that website, but I didn't saw the email and now they really disabled it.

Ok now I take someones ad and I make a porno website and I put that ad on my web. then I email google about this situation telling them that my website has been hacked and I give them that pub-id. that means that guy will lose some money, like me..

Unfortunately you are expected to keep track of where your Adsense code is being used.
Not if he is using the "Allowed Sites" tool or is tracking where the impressions on his ads come from.
