How to get traffic on Free Image Hosting site and make it popular?

Hi guys,

last year i have started 2 free image hosting site but the problem is no one is uploading anything on it. so no traffic. how to get traffic on my image hosting sites, also would like to make it popular.
Is there any fast method to get constant traffic, so people will upload pics in it. i allow almost any pic , except child porn pic.
I have seen many image hosting sites just started and had great traffic from forums specially.
Please help me get the traffic started on my sites.

go to forums that deal with images. like photoshop forums and things like that where people are always uploading pics to show off their work.

if the site is quick and a nice design they will tell their friends

hmm... so getting traffic from social bookmarking site.... yah that method is also good. will have a look at that as well.
